As someone relatively new to the UK, that made the process much easier. The team were professional throughout, and I was notified in just over an hour. The car passed with no advisories. "Can't thank these enough. All my dashboard went off yesterday so I went to my nearest garage which was a well known chain and they just said its an auto electrician you need and gave me a number. So I gambled and tried here at hanover for a second opinion and the guy went through a few things with me and gave me some advice and my husband was able to fix it himself from his advice. Thank you so much. Probably saved me a fortune and a massive headache :)"

"Broke down at a very busy junction on a Saturday morning and was able to get car pushed to this garage, which I had never used before. They were very helpful and had diagnosed the fault within minutes. I was expecting to get a call on the Tuesday to say they could start work on my car. Instead I got a phone call on Monday to say car was all ready and where did I want them to drop it off. Amazing service and I would recommend them to anybody I know. Thank you"
